St. Jude Dream Home Giveaway
In 2017, Southwest Geotechnical partnered with St. Jude Children's Research Hospital by donating approximately $8,900 worth of geotechnical services towards the building of the 2017 St Jude Dream Home in Las Vegas, Nevada and helped in raising a total of $850,000 for the cause. The home was completed and given to a family in Henderson, Nevada on October 11, 2017. Continuing to partner with St Jude, Southwest Geo has donated geotechnical services and continues to donate to the development of the 2018 St Jude Dream Home.
Instrumental in the ongoing success of St. Jude’s efforts has been the overwhelming community support of the St. Jude Dream Home Giveaway program, one of the largest single-event fundraisers for St. Jude. With generous contributions and involvement from the building community, local media partners, prize sponsors and volunteers, the program has raised over $340 million dollars. At the same time, over 400 lucky supporters have won a new “St. Jude Dream Home” of their own. The Dream Home program has also proven to be an effective platform for bringing awareness to the life-saving mission and services of St. Jude.
The St. Jude Dream Home program involves selling a limited number of $100 chances to win a brand new, single-family home in a local community. Each dream home has a market value in a range of $300,000 - $700,000 and is built largely with donated land, materials and labor.

HGSA Youth Softball Team
Southwest Geo has proudly partnered with Henderson Girls Softball Association, a recreational fast pitch softball league in Henderson, NV, to help fund and provide team equipment, uniforms and other necessities. HGSA is a well established league (1991) comprised of caring and dedicated volunteers and are a 100% non-profit organization. HGSA is open to all girls 4 - 18 years old residing in Clark County (including Las Vegas and Henderson).

Girls Camp Zip Line
Mt. Charleston
Southwest Geotechnical donated services and geotechnical designs for a zip line at a Girl's Camp on Mt. Charleston. Construction will be completed in the near future.
